By accessing and using Savari ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Driver Obligations

Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and all necessary vehicle documentation. Drivers are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in safe operating condition.

4. Passenger Obligations

Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be the passenger's responsibility.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by the platform. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Savari is a platform connecting drivers and passengers. We are not a transportation carrier and do not provide transportation services. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
